Cost
Bulk Billed appointments require a valid Medicare Card and Healthcare card for those over 16 years.
Gap payment of $20 for those without Healthcare cards. Private billing also available.
Time
Appointments are booked for within a 1 hours period, priority will be given to families with children and those who book online.

Booking
Each daycare centre has their allocated time and unique online booking page. There are often some appointments kept free for on the day.
Online bookings and kids appointments will be prioritised.
Requirements
At this centre, parents or a legal guardian must be present with their child, as educators are not able to attend on the parents behalf.
Patient registration forms will be sent by email or SMS after making your booking. Please note that completion of this form is a mandatory requirement in order to be seen by the doctor.
Please bring patients Medicare card (Medicare app or photo of card are both acceptable) or private billing will be necessary.
Where the form says "Your Information" please enter the Patient's details.
If both parent and child require appointments, please make two bookings and complete both registration forms that will be emailed to you.
