Cost
Bulk Billed appointments require a valid Medicare Card and Healthcare card for those over 16 years.
Gap payment of $20 for those without Healthcare cards. Private billing also available.
Time
Appointments are booked for within a 1 hours period, priority will be given to families with children and those who book online.

We also bulk bill daycare centre staff.

Booking
Each daycare centre has their allocated time and unique online booking page. There are often some appointments kept free for on the day.
Online bookings and kids appointments will be prioritised.
Requirements
At this centre, if parents are not physically available, educators may take children into appointments with the doctor, subject to the following:
- Centre staff availability
- Permission expressedly given by parent in writing (via registration form) prior to appointment
- Child is not subject to parenting court orders or split custody arrangements.
'"Educator supervised Daycare GP appointment" should be selected. Parents will need to be flexible with timing as staffing may be needed elsewhere.
Patient registration forms will be sent by email or SMS after making your booking. Please note that completion of this form is a mandatory requirement in order to be seen by the doctor.
Where the form says "Your Information" please enter the Patient's details.
If both parent and child require appointments,
please make two bookings and complete both registration forms that will be emailed to you.
